Job summary

Align Builders is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple projects with integrity and strategic focus. This role requires strong relationship-building, mentoring of project managers, and a hands-on approach to risk, cost control, and scheduling across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and office-improvement projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in commercial construction with 3+ years in PM roles.
Experience delivering large, complex commercial projects.
Healthcare (OSHPD), Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Office Improvements preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; proficient in MS Office & Procore.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across multiple project teams.
Mentor project managers and engineers; develop future leaders.
Oversee risk management, contract strategy, and insurance programs.
Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
Maintain current project scopes, schedules, and client relationships.
