The role focuses on integrating design participants, coordinating delivery, and ensuring documentation supports safety, quality, cost, scope, schedule, and execution. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years guiding design teams, a relevant degree, and strong collaboration skills to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading, managing, and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing the design phase of complex construction projects.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to drive alignment and decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and influence design teams toward positive project outcomes, including alignment of scope, budget, schedule, quality, and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Project teams to develop and monitor expectations for schedule, quality and content of design document delivery.
• Identify decision-makers and critical decision points; obtain client direction and provide internal direction as necessary.
• Coordinate design document packaging strategies and manage design review processes.
• Work with VDC Manager to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate with owner stakeholders and vendors to ensure requirements are incorporated into design documents.
• Assist in the preparation of key RFPs and design partner selection and contracting.
