Job summary

Integrus Architecture seeks a Technical Architect to lead the technical development of complex, mid- to large-scale projects from design through construction. You will balance design intent with technical rigor while guiding teams toward high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor professionals, advance firmwide technical standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure code compliance and constructability.

Qualifications

• 5+ strong, progressive years in architecture with emphasis on technical design and construction documentation.
• Licensure as an architect is required to practice.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate complex building projects through all design phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of complex projects through design, documentation, and construction.
• Coordinate QA/QC reviews and promote consistency across project teams.
• Guide project teams through technical decision-making balancing performance, cost, schedule, and sustainability.
• Provide expertise in codes, life safety, accessibility, permitting, and approvals to reduce risk.
• Mentor and develop architects and design professionals, elevating documentation standards.
