Job summary

Progressive AE is seeking an Integration Leader to coordinate architecture & design with construction management, ensuring alignment of scope, cost, schedule and quality across Single Point Delivery projects from pursuit through closeout.

You will lead integration across architects, engineers, consultants, and Project Managers, driving execution on the firm’s most complex client engagements and mentoring future leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in design or construction management with demonstrated leadership across both design coordination and construction execution required.
• Strong background in project management of complex commercial projects.
• Deep understanding of the Single Point delivery principles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Financial acumen with a clear understanding of project cost drivers and risk management.
• Ability to balance big‑picture strategy with detailed execution oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of design and construction teams from pursuit through closeout.
• Set the standard for project management execution across the portfolio.
• Personally lead the firm's most complex, high-profile client engagements.
• Own design management and constructability across all project phases.
• Ensure a seamless handoff from preconstruction to execution.
