S&B USA Construction seeks an Alternative Delivery Integration Manager to lead design development across pursuits, preconstruction, and construction services for high‑value projects. You will drive integrated delivery with estimating and construction teams, manage design partners, and guide client relations to align objectives.

The role requires a PE licensure, 10+ years of alternative delivery experience, travel as needed, and a proven track record in large infrastructure programs (> $500M).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in alternative delivery projects.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in at least one state with ability to obtain elsewhere.
• Familiarity with AASHTO, FHWA and DOT regulations.
• Experience with CAD and PC software used in engineering.
• Experience delivering design for large scale infrastructure projects (> $500M).

Responsabilités

• Lead design development across pursuits, detailed design phases, preconstruction coordination and construction services.
• Collaborate with estimating and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Direct and support formation of project teams, including design partners and consultants.
• Manage design development activities, including budgeting and scheduling; monitor progress against design schedule.
• Apply strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide stakeholders toward timely contract delivery.
