McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. seeks a Design Integration Manager to coordinate design participants, processes, and technology across projects.

You will lead design teams and trade partners on design-build, design-assist, and other delivery methods to ensure coordinated documents support safety, quality, cost, scope, schedule, and execution. The role requires proactive management of the design process, assembling teams, developing BIM execution plans, and collaborating with owners and vendors

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience managing the design phase of complex construction projects.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Project teams to develop and monitor expectations for schedule, quality and content of design document delivery.
• Identify decision-makers and obtain client direction to facilitate the project goals.
• Coordinate design document packaging, manage design review processes, and ensure document collaboration using 2D/3D cloud platforms.
• Work with VDC Manager to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate with owner stakeholders and vendors to ensure requirements are incorporated into design documents.
• Be knowledgeable of building codes to assist in code compliance reviews during design delivery.
