Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team at the Conroe facility.

The role supervises personnel, coordinates production activities, ensures quality workmanship, and supports successful integration, testing, and delivery of industrial control panels and automation systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial control systems, commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and

Qualifications

5+ years in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel
Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
Lead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities
Maintain accurate production and reporting documentation
Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the integration process
Support Lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
