Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team at the Conroe facility.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate production activities, and ensure quality workmanship for industrial control panels and automation systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial control systems, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel.
Assign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Monitor productivity, workflow, and labor utilization to improve operational efficiency.
Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production or technical issues.
Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, customer requirements, and internal quality standards.
Conduct inspections and verify workmanship throughout the production process.
Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
Lead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.
Maintain accurate production and reporting documentation.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the integration process.
Support Lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Assist with inventory, materials coordination, and production planning as needed.
