Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead integration operations at the Conroe facility, overseeing production planning, team leadership, project execution, quality and safety.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings and standards.

Job Summary:

Panelmatic is seeking an experienced and results-driven Integration Manager to lead and oversee integration operations at the Conroe facility. The Integration Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the integration department, including production planning, team leadership, project execution, quality, safety, testing, and continuous improvement.

This role will oversee the integration of industrial control panels, automation systems, electrical equipment, and related systems while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, applicable standards, and Panelmatic quality requirements.

The Integration Manager will work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Procurement, Quality, and other departments to coordinate resources, resolve technical and production challenges, and ensure successful project completion and delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on leader with extensive experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, electrical integration, automation systems, and production management. This individual should be comfortable managing people, projects, and processes while driving accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
