Panelmatic Inc. seeks an Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team at the Conroe facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise teams in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel
• Assign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements
• Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to drawings and specs
• Monitor productivity and labor utilization to improve efficiency
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and internal standards
• Lead training, onboarding, and performance management
• Maintain accurate production and reporting documentation
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
