Job summary

P17 Solutions is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to serve as a technical lead for the NAS-focused field team. You will guide hands-on fiber/IP deployment, migrate from legacy TDM to modern infrastructure, and coordinate site activities across FAA facilities.

Based in the DC area, you will travel regionally to FAA sites, provide technical oversight, mentor field engineers, and ensure performance meets mission-critical requirements with strong emphasis on reliability and security.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network engineering, circuit integration, or infrastructure planning.
Deep technical command of BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv6 for TDM-to-IP conversion.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration, implementation, and testing of NAS-supporting systems and provide technical direction to field teams.
Direct the migration of legacy TDM circuits to IP-based infrastructure, including activation and cutover coordination.
Perform hands-on configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and related hardware across multiple sites.
Monitor performance with dashboards and KPIs to ensure reliability and mission-critical operation.
