Job summary

WA River Protection Solutions seeks an Integrated Supply Chain Manager for Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C) to lead end-to-end planning and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Acquisition Management.

The role ensures materials, equipment, and supplier capacity to meet mission needs safely, on schedule, and with economies of scale, while driving improvements and supplier readiness.

Qualifications

• Grade 20: Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 10 years' related experience.
• Grade 21: Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 12 years' related experience.
• Grade 22: Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 14 years' related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated 12–24 month supply chain demand forecast.
• Serve as the primary supply chain interface with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Acquisition Management.
• Facilitate early identification and development of procurement requirements to improve planning.
• Monitor readiness of technical requirements, specs, and bills of material for procurement.
• Identify and manage long lead, single source, obsolete, and constrained materials and services.
• Coordinate strategic supplier planning and evaluate supplier capacity and risks.
• Integrate critical spares planning with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Acquisition Management.
• Establish and lead Integrated Supply Chain Review meetings to identify constraints and risks.
• Develop and maintain an integrated supply chain risk register and recovery actions.
• Refine metrics for end-to-end supply chain effectiveness and predictability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for integration and economies of scale.
