Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Manager (ISCM) in Richland, WA to lead end-to-end procurement, planning, and supplier performance for Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C).

This direct-hire role offers relocation assistance and the opportunity to influence readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement across Operations, Engineering, Project Controls, and Acquisition Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 12+ years of directly related experience for Grade 21
• 14+ years of directly related experience for Grade 22

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated 12–24 month supply chain demand forecast.
• Serve as the primary supply chain interface with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, and Acquisition Management.
• Facilitate early identification and development of procurement requirements.
• Monitor readiness of technical requirements, specifications, statements of work, bills of material, and other inputs for procurement.
• Identify and actively manage long lead, mission critical, single source, obsolete, and supply constrained materials.
• Partner with Acquisition Management to develop sourcing strategies including strategic sourcing and long-term agreements.
• Coordinate strategic supplier planning and evaluate capacity, lead times, and risks.
• Integrate critical spares planning with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Acquisition Management.
• Establish and lead a recurring Integrated Supply Chain Review to identify constraints and escalate risks.
• Develop and maintain an integrated supply chain risk register and provide forward visibility.
• Refine performance measures on end-to-end supply chain: need date reliability, forecast accuracy, and delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement to increase integration and economies of scale.
