WA River Protection Solutions’ Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C) is recruiting a Procurement Specialist to solicit, negotiate, and administer subcontracts/purchase orders for a wide range of fabrication and services. The role supports meeting H2C’s mission with fiscal discipline, FAR compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires a business/finance/supply chain degree and 5–9 years of relevant experience, with opportunities for leadership and career growth in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; and
• Five (5) years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, negotiates, places, and administers subcontracts/purchase orders for goods and services including complex fabricated equipment.
• Develops procurement plans, conducts source selection, and manages milestones and terms.
• Ensures compliance with Federal laws and prime contract flow-downs; prepares contractual documents.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Receiving, Accounts Payable, QA, suppliers and end users.
• Provides leadership and guidance to less experienced personnel.
