Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati is seeking a Lead Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing Planner to drive detailed scheduling across Edison Works programs, coordinating with the Integrated Master Scheduling team, CAMs, and government property managers to support execution and re-plans.

You will help develop standard work across multiple programs, align with the PMO, and apply LEAN practices to improve efficiency; strong focus on schedule analysis, EVM reporting, and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management.
• Capability to get and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed schedules for Edison Works programs and integration with the PMO.
• Establish daily management standards and reporting with program functions.
• Apply schedule logic and perform critical path analysis for engineering and hardware activities.
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing focal to execute status updates and changes.
• Meet EVM schedule reporting requirements with the Scheduling team.
• Provide guidance on cross-functional scheduling, dependencies, and reporting.
