Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale seeks a Lead Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing Planner to manage detailed schedules for Edison Works programs. You will collaborate with the Integrated Master Scheduling team, CAMs, and hardware managers to maintain schedules and push improvements across multiple complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• PMP certification and Open Plan experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing lean standard work.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed schedules for Edison Works programs.
• Establish daily management standards and reporting with key program functions.
• Apply schedule logic for critical path analysis and status updates.
• Coordinate with Earned Value Management Scheduling team to meet EVM reporting requirements.
• Advise on cross-functional dependencies, scheduling constraints, and reporting improvements.
• Act as scheduling subject-matter expert to produce custom reports and views.
