Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Fulfillment Leader to coordinate material flow, plan production needs, and drive on-time delivery. You will lead a team and partner with suppliers and internal departments to optimize inventory and schedules.

You will apply strong manufacturing and project-management experience to improve processes, KPIs and throughput while maintaining compliance and safety. This role requires decisive judgment and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Materials Planning & Execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite material flow according to production schedules.
• Manage master planning, material processes and systems; prepare production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Lead a small to medium team of senior professionals and influence strategy for the area of responsibility.
• Apply high levels of judgment to optimize quality, processes and inventory management.
• Guide projects or programs with minimal resources and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
