Job summary

You will guide a team of first-level leaders, allocating scheduling professionals to programs and establishing standard work that boosts productivity and ensures customer compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related fields (systems engineering, finance, sourcing, contracts).
• Ability to obtain a US Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PPS/IMS team for Edison Works programs.
• Develop and implement standard work to improve productivity and compliance.
• Plan workforce and assign scheduling professionals to development programs.
