Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Pillar Leader to guide the IMS team across Edison Works projects. You will lead a team of scheduling professionals, establish standard work, and grow a high-performing workforce ready for evolving program needs.

You will collaborate with defense customers, support IMS contracts, and drive Lean initiatives while ensuring EVMS compliance and strategic direction for the PPS function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years in program/project management.
• Experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and EVM.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPS/IMS team across Edison Works programs.
• Develop standard work and workforce planning for scheduling teams.
• Mentor first-level leaders and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with USG customers and support proposals for IMS contracts.
• Drive Lean transformation and ensure EVMS compliance.
