Job summary

GE Aerospace Tubes & Ducts facility in Dayton, OH is seeking a staff-level leader for planning, scheduling, fulfillment, inventory and logistics to ensure on-time material flow aligned with production schedules and KPIs.

You will drive master planning, optimize inventory, oversee S&OP, and implement lean concepts to shorten lead times and improve throughput across the Materials department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years in supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.
• HS Diploma/GED with 9 years in supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning & scheduling, fulfillment, inventory and logistics.
• Manage master planning, material processes and systems; update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Oversee the S&OP process; evaluate schedule changes and capacity insights.
• Implement FLIGHT DECK lean operating concepts within Materials to improve rate/pull/flow and reduce lead times.
