Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Sr Manager for Program Planning & Scheduling (PPS) Pillar in Evendale. You will lead the Integrated Master Scheduling team supporting Edison Works development programs, guiding first-line leaders and scheduling professionals to meet customer requirements and program objectives.

You will drive lean transformations, ensure EVMS compliance, and partner with leadership on strategic direction, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration with PMO to sustain a healthy scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related fields.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PPS/IMS team across Edison Works programs.
• Act as people leader for multiple scheduling teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in defense IMS forums and implement improvements aligning with business objectives.
• Strategic workforce planning for the PPS/IMS pillar and liaison with USG customers.
