Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a senior Integrated Scheduler to own and manage the program-level schedule for a large IT modernization effort in Washington. You will develop, track, and govern schedules across multiple workstreams, using MS Project and PMO standards to ensure schedule integrity.

You will mentor teams on scheduling best practices, produce regular reports for leadership, and manage risks and changes in a fast-paced, multi-year environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program schedule management, including work on large IT modernization programs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project with CP/critical path analysis, resource leveling, baseline management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program-level integrated schedule using Microsoft Project with critical path analysis and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers, leads, SMEs, and agency staff to monitor and elevate schedule risks and issues.
• Provide expert-level schedule management leadership and maintain schedule integrity across all workstreams.
• Coach teams on Microsoft Project best practices and schedule performance monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver schedule reports and presentations for program leadership and stakeholders.
• Log, monitor, and manage schedule risks, issues, and scope changes with mitigation strategies.
