Job summary

Trilogy Federal seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to support a large Federal agency focused on modernizing IT functions. The role will design, develop, and manage the VA Program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related reports, coordinating with technical leads and PMO staff.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of total experience, including 5 years with MS-Project, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years total experience with 5+ years MS-Project.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the integrated master schedule across sub-projects and dependencies.
• Ensure cross-project alignment and track milestones and deadlines.
• Analyze schedule performance, perform critical-path analysis, forecast delays.
• Coordinate with Government staff to gather updates and resolve conflicts.
• Enforce change-control rules for IMS updates and documentation.
• Provide reporting, dashboards, and schedule health assessments for leadership.
• Maintain governance processes for the program schedules.
