Job summary

The Senior Integrated Scheduler at vTech Solution leads the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Integrated Master Schedule for a multi-year IT modernization program. You will coordinate projects, workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity and strategic reporting.

You will deliver weekly IMS reports, perform critical path analysis, manage baselines, and mentor project teams in scheduling best practices using Microsoft Project and MS 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years scheduling experience in programs.
• 5+ years supporting large IT modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project.
• Consolidate multiple project schedules into a program-level IMS.
• Identify dependencies, baselines, risks, and resource allocations.
• Produce weekly IMS reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Mentor project managers on scheduling best practices.
