Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support a large Federal agency, focusing on modernizing IT functions. You will design, develop, and manage the VA Program’s IMS and related schedule reports, coordinating with technical experts, project leads, and PMO staff.

You will maintain a comprehensive IMS for 30–35 concurrent projects, lead end-to-end scheduling processes, produce enterprise dashboards, and provide early warnings on schedule risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience with 5 years of hands‑on MS-Project Experience.
• Proven work experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrates initiative and strong attention to detail.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an integrated master schedule across multiple sub‑projects and dependencies.
• Ensure cross‑project alignment and timely milestones.
• Identify how different teams’ work impacts each other and coordinate dependencies.
• Analyze schedule performance, run critical‑path analysis, forecast delays, and provide early warnings.
• Facilitate communication with Government staff to gather updates and resolve timeline conflicts.
• Apply scheduling standards and tools to meet organizational requirements.
• Support risk management with what‑if analyses and mitigation planning.
• Provide dashboards, reports, and schedule health assessments for leadership.
• Maintain governance processes and enforce change‑control for schedules.
