Job summary

Evolvers is seeking a Senior Integrated Scheduler to oversee a program-level schedule across multiple workstreams. The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Project, critical path analysis, risk management, and coordination with PMOs for large-scale modernization programs.

The position is primarily remote, with onsite presence at the Olympia location at least once per calendar month to support legislative activities, meetings, and program reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in PM/BA/IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years in project/program schedule management, incl. 5+ years in large IT modernization.
• Expert in Microsoft Project with CP analysis and baseline management.
• Experience developing integrated program schedules across multiple workstreams.
• PMO experience in government or enterprise tech programs.
• Matrix environment with contractors, vendors, and state resources.
• Ability to coach and transfer MS Project knowledge.
• PMP certification maintained throughout the SOW term.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain a program-level integrated schedule in Microsoft Project.
• Monitor, analyze, and mitigate schedule risks and issues.
• Design and distribute schedule performance reports.
• Coach staff on MS Project best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, and agency staff to coordinate schedules.
• Communicate complex schedule topics to governance groups and leadership.
• Track and report program schedule data to support decisions.
• Bridge tech topics to business-focused program information.
• Lead planning and alignment across multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Adapt schedules to changing program needs and constraints.
