Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Scheduler to provide analytical scheduling support for Sr. Project Controls Schedulers, Project Managers, and Directors.

You will develop detailed critical path schedules, manage workload forecasts, and contribute to closeout reporting using Primavera P6, Project View PV, Hyperion, Asset Suite 8 and MS Excel. The role requires building IMS views, resource loading, and maintaining baselines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or technical field.
• 2–4 years related scheduling experience or 3–6 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in PC software and scheduling tools: Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project, Asset Suite 8, Primavera P6.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for Centrally Managed work execution and recover from milestones or changes.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views with resource loading and utilization.
• Develop and update standard scheduling templates for typical projects and adjust work dates in scheduling tools.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting to align schedule and cost.
• Interface with other departments and promote a high-performance, inclusive culture; act as change agent.
• Ensure projects are statused, in service, and closed out in timeframes across systems.
• Perform workload and union impact analyses and forecast internal/external resources.
• Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support for emergent projects.
• Participate in field job walkdowns.
