Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related quantitative or technical field.
• 2+ years scheduling, project controls, or project engineering experience on construction or capital improvement projects.
• Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of CPM logic, quantity-loading, and schedule development fundamentals.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle phases and construction methodologies.
• Experience with schedule analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM logic-based, quantity-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Interpret contract documents and apply scheduling obligations to deliverables.
• Attend and co-lead internal and client meetings to collect status, provide updates, and support coordination.
• Update project schedules weekly to bi-weekly for accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to communicate scheduling information.
• Develop and maintain WBS and activity coding aligned with standards; track critical path and deviations.
• Create schedule status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for various audiences.
• Monitor progress against baselines and milestones; revise schedules as needed.
• Assist in what-if analyses and time impact analyses for risk evaluation.
• Analyze float paths and trends; participate in process-improvement initiatives.
