Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integrated Project Engineer (IPE) for Agile & Flight Management (FM) Programs in Cedar Rapids. The role blends technical leadership with Agile planning to synchronize engineering, program management, and contracts across fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms.

You will act as a central integrator, aligning Product Owners, EPA, TPM/PM, and stakeholders to ensure predictable program execution and high-quality avionics development.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in engineering project coordination, Agile environments, or program planning.
• Experience with Jira and Agile planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering cost, schedule, and performance commitments.
• Coordinate agile planning events and sprint activities.
• Maintain Jira views, templates, and increment structures.
• Produce increment metrics and readiness reviews.
• Assist with bid inputs, SEER data and contract alignment.
