Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to support SI&WS Programs in Albuquerque, NM or El Segundo, CA. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, perform critical path analysis, and deliver IPMR Format 6 artifacts for programs in a fast-paced defense environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in program management, solid experience with MS Project Server, Open Plan, Primavera,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management
• 5+ years’ experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying DFARS requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as the schedule lead for IMS reporting to Program Management
• Collaborate with IPTs to align IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis and detailed schedules
• Accountable for schedule risk, opportunities, and robust performance reporting from the IMS
• Lead integration of supplier/partner plans into IMS
• Model driving program execution through schedule analyses and visualization
• Provide training and leadership to lower-level staff
• Provide SME in processes/tools development and training
