Job summary

Barrios Technology Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Scheduler II to support Human Spaceflight programs by developing and maintaining integrated master schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

You will coordinate with technical leads and project management to ensure schedules reflect realities and constraints. The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA with 5+ years of experience, excels in communication and data analysis, and is proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree plus five years of applicable experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interface with customers.
• Team player with ability to work independently on dynamic development programs.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Advanced MS Excel understanding.
• Able to understand technical concepts and relate them to schedule inputs and impacts.
• Ability to create and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical schedules with the project team.
• Coordinate with technical leads and project management to ensure schedules are accurate.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and provide guidance on recovery plans.
• Track progress and generate custom schedule reports and metrics.
• Attend meetings and present schedule status to stakeholders.
