Job summary

AIRBUS U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to create and maintain large IMS for satellite programs using MS Project. This role covers the full program life cycle from bid to execution, coordinating with engineering and program management.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in aerospace scheduling, DoD/NASA program experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. US citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or Engineering/Science field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with large complex integrated schedules.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and DoD/NASA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop IMS to support project execution and bid activities.
• Deliver Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) schedules.
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and update stakeholders.
