Job summary

QinetiQ US on behalf of the Space Development Agency (SDA) seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to support rapid space system development, fielding, and operation. You will consolidate schedules with contractors and government entities, perform CPM and SRA analyses, and produce high-quality briefing materials for leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years in IMS development and project management, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with experience building/revising Integrated Master Schedules.
7+ years developing IMS with Microsoft Project.
7+ years project management experience.
Experience with space system or major defense programs.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
TS/SCI clearance eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

Retrieve, review, and consolidate schedules with contractors, the government, and across other contractors as needed.
Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple sources to develop and maintain a government IMS.
Conduct CPM analysis and Schedule Risk Assessments to identify bottlenecks.
Maintain cognizance of internal developments to inform scheduling updates.
Develop internal briefing material and external-facing schedule products for the government team.
Support product managers and cross-functional teams including Government, Military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, & Industry.
