Apex Space, Inc. seeks a Master Scheduler to own the company’s integrated master schedule, linking product design, development, and program execution. You’ll collaborate across engineering, supply chain, production, and program management to surface risks and keep leadership aligned on plan.

This senior, cross-company role requires a big-picture view and the ability to stay close to work to build credible, bottom-up schedules that drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data access.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7+ years in scheduling or program planning, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Track record owning complex, integrated schedules across multiple programs or teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering development and production processes.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
• Experience building critical path and milestone schedules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including working directly with leadership.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrated master schedule by building and maintaining the company-wide schedule across all programs.
• Collaborate with engineering to build design and development schedules with milestones, dependencies, and gates.
• Create and manage detailed program execution schedules to drive on-time delivery and efficient resource use.
• Monitor progress across departments against the master schedule and highlight plan deviations.
• Translate engineering development and production processes into credible schedule tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, production, and program management to keep schedules aligned.
• Establish and maintain consistent scheduling processes, cadence, and standards.
• Identify risks to the schedule and work with teams on mitigation and contingency plans.
• Address competing priorities and resource conflicts to keep work moving.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and ensure updates propagate.
• Provide regular leadership updates on schedule health, progress, and major issues.
