Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to support SDA mission delivery. You will retrieve, consolidate, and maintain IMS schedules with contractors and government teams, performing CPM/SRA analyses to identify bottlenecks and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant experience in building and revising integrated master schedules.
• 7+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years project management experience.
• Prior experience supporting space systems or major defense acquisition programs.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, review, and consolidate schedules with contractors, government, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate schedule inputs to develop government IMS.
• Perform CPM analysis and SRAs to identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain cognizance of internal developments for scheduling updates.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and risks; present findings to leadership.
• Support configuration management and review deliverables for contract compliance.
• Coordinate with contractor counterparts and SDA subject matter experts.
• Develop internal/external schedule products with high standards.
• Provide general SDA support including meetings and briefings.
