Job summary

The candidate must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in a related field with 10 years of experience (5 in DoD) and be proficient in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project. On-site role with Secret clearance and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in a related field.
• Ten years of experience in the respective discipline, five in DoD; substitutions allowed with related credentials.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) at portfolio, program, or project level.
• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among functional disciplines within the program office.
• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams).
• Ensure integrated schedule management support to system acquisition processes and incorporate key schedule requirements.
• Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to customer, project team, and management.
