Job summary

AIRBUS U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. on Merritt Island, FL is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to create and maintain IMS using MS Project across satellite programs.

You will collaborate with engineering, program management and suppliers to deliver contractually required IMS deliverables and to support proposal activities. The role requires 7–10 years scheduling experience in aerospace/DOD/NASA contexts, proficiency with EVM and DCMA processes, and the ability to lead complex schedule reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering/Science-related field or equivalent experience
• 7–10 years scheduling experience on Aerospace manufacturing and DOD and/or NASA development/production contracts
• Experience with MS Project to develop and manage large IMS with integrated schedule, resource, and cost baselines
• Experience supporting DOD and/or NASA milestone reviews; ability to interact with cross-functional teams and pass DCMA audits

Responsibilities

• Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support project execution
• Manage existing IMS for complex Government/DOD programs
• Collaborate with engineering and program management teams
• Deliver Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) related to schedule
• Conduct schedule analyses including variance, root cause, and critical path analyses
• Prepare and submit IMS as a contractually required deliverable to Government
• Provide regular schedule status reports to management and executives
• Lead scheduling improvements and present findings to customers
