Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of program operations experience.
• Experience supporting executive level meetings and strategy reviews.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and program metrics.
• Collaborate with CAMs, finance, scheduling, and engineering teams.
• Identify risks and communicate financial exposure.
