Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Operations Manager in Evendale to drive operational excellence across programs. You will collaborate with EVM scheduling and finance teams, CAMs, and PMO to implement standard work and best practices for improved efficiency.

You will manage annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reviews, while communicating risks and financial exposure to leadership. A DoD clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of creating and maintaining annual Operating Plans and quarterly forecasts for internal and external customers.
• U.S. Citizen and capability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve team operating rhythms, management of KPIs, and documentation of processes.
• Lead transformation efforts to eliminate waste, improve transparency, establish standard work, and enhance team value to the business.
• Develop and implement business operations best practices and processes to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate action planning and structured problem solving in accordance with FLIGHT DECK principles.
• Assist the Program Manager in identifying areas of risk and opportunities, tracking critical program risks, and ensuring timely communication of financial risk exposure.
