TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an Integrated Audit Senior to lead end-to-end audits across operations, finance, compliance, and technology. You will evaluate complex processes and the controls that support them, partnering with product and engineering teams to drive risk-based improvements.

You will navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, assess material risks, and document clear findings with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing integrated audits across tech and business processes.
• Strong understanding of IT and business process control frameworks (COSO/COBIT/NIST).
• Excellent communication to explain risks to engineers and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated audits from planning through remediation, including transformations and new systems.
• Conduct end-to-end walkthroughs with stakeholders to map processes and risks.
• Execute fieldwork, test controls, manage cross-functional data requests, and document evidence.
• Draft audit reports detailing risks, root causes, and recommendations.
• Assess risks across core processes and technology environments, including cloud and data pipelines.
• Evaluate the overall risk and control framework in evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Translate technical issues into business impact for diverse audiences.
• Identify control gaps and drive data-driven, risk-based improvements.
• Communicate observations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Build relationships with engineering, product, and business teams to anticipate risks.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
