Qualifications

• Must hold a BA/BS or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in risk, compliance, or customer-facing operations within tech, fintech, ecommerce, or digital payments.
• Strong ability to research, write, and synthesize complex confidential information for diverse audiences.
• Proven program/project management capability with initiative and global adeptness.
• Strong data analytics skills, including trend analysis and KPI translation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a Risk Control Matrix and governance framework aligned with industry standards.
• Lead end-to-end risk control initiatives with defined scope, timelines, stakeholders, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payment, and Operations to ensure unified risk mitigation.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on emerging threats and near-misses to prevent recurrence.
• Create dashboards and executive-ready reports highlighting trends, anomalies and root causes.
• Drive change management to embed robust control processes into operations.
• Architect scalable end-to-end workflows for new business units with strong controls.
• Provide risk consulting for product launches, including pre-mortems and post-launch monitoring.
