TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. The Internal Control team identifies risk and assesses the design and operating effectiveness of controls across TikTok global functions, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering proactive internal controls support.

The role supports US statutory audits, refines the Risk Control Matrix, conducts walkthroughs and ToE, analyzes end-to-end workflows, and partners with tech to drive ITGC/ITAC solutions while enabling cross‑department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong command of RCM methodologies and testing.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English as system setting requiring bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Deeply participate in group level and US Statutory Audit and compliance projects; liaison with external auditors for planning, progress and issue defense.
• Build and refine the Risk Control Matrix (RCM); execute walkthroughs and Tests of Effectiveness (ToE); deliver high-quality workpapers.
• Analyze end-to-end business and financial workflows to identify key risks; design and implement process improvements balancing risk control with efficiency.
• Partner with tech teams to implement IT General and Application Controls, driving automated risk management solutions.
• Drive cross-department collaboration and ensure end-to-end execution with closed-loop delivery across global teams.
