Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Global Payments Technology Audit Leader to join the Global Technology Audit team. You will develop and implement technology audit strategies for payment compliance, lending, and other regulated products across TikTok businesses in APAC and EMEA, leading audits and risk reviews of the global payment ecosystem.

You will serve as the Technology Audit SME for regulated products, evaluating technology, security, resilience, data, and regulatory risks across payment processing,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance or technology auditing experience in payments/fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment regulations and reviews of payment systems.
• Experience building audit plans for APAC/EMEA and leading audits.
• Experience with regulators responsible for payment or money transmitter regulations.
• Analytical ability to assess complex technology environments against risk outcomes.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, collaboration and communication.
• Strong judgment to make risk-based decisions in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology audit strategies for payments and lending.
• Lead complex, risk-based technology audits from planning to reporting.
• Collaborate with regulators and supervisory authorities across regions.
• Cover payment technology architecture, end-to-end processing, and security.
