Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Global Payments Technology Internal Audit Lead to join the Global Technology Audit team. You will lead audits across the company’s payments, lending, and fintech ecosystem, working with engineering and product teams to assess technology, security, and regulatory risks.

This role reports to the Head of Global Payments Technology Audit and shapes audit strategy for evolving financial products across multiple jurisdictions, including collaboration with leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technology audits in FinTech or payments.
• Experience delivering audits independently from planning to reporting.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Audit Delivery: Develop and execute global Technology Audit strategy for payment, lending, and other regulated products outside China.
• Lead complex, risk-based technology audits and advisory reviews from planning through reporting.
• Develop practical, risk-based recommendations addressing root causes with regulatory and business context.
• Collaborate with risk owners to ensure remediation plans are tracked and completed.
• Enhance audit quality and drive continuous process improvement.
