Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.

• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, and audit practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present findings and influence improvements.
• Willingness to travel 30%+ domestically and internationally; Mandarin/English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all phases of the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Identify risks, control gaps and opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Leverage data analytics to conduct in-depth audit testing and provide data-driven insights.
• Prepare concise audit reports for senior management with clear business impact.
• Review audits and provide value-added feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure remediation of findings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and templates.
