Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Intake Coordinator for our fully remote Intake Operations team. You will handle phone inquiries, create DME and Home Health referrals, and ensure timely communication across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline.
• One year of experience with Injured Workers or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficient with standard office software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and PHI privacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a professional, timely manner and process DME and Home Health referrals.
• Communicate messages to internal teams effectively.
• Maintain payer billing location information and adjusters/case managers’ details.
• Process billing for DME and HH; create referrals and manage related documents.
• Assist with onboarding new customers in the company’s software.
• Complete unmatched e-claim reports and notify relevant departments.
