Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Intake Operations team. The role handles DME and Home Health referrals, ensures timely communication, and supports injured workers, payors, and providers.

The position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST. The ideal candidate has at least one year in Injury/Workers’ Compensation contexts, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common software.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline.
• Experience: At least one year of experience working with Injured Workers or Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; Proficient in reading, grammar, and mathematics.
• Maintain Confidentiality of all data, PHI, employee, and operations data.

Responsibilities

• Receive and answer phone calls in a professional, timely manner for DME and HH referrals.
• Communicate messages to internal team effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain payer billing location information and adjusters/case managers’ details.
• Create DME and Home Health referrals and manage related files and documents.
