Paradigm is seeking a detail–oriented Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Intake Operations team. This fully remote role handles inbound calls, creates DME and Home Health referrals, and supports injured workers and providers with accurate data entry and timely communication.

You will ensure high‑quality service throughout the intake process, collaborating with internal and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Education/Training: Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline.
• Experience: At least one year of experience working with Injured Workers or Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; Proficient in reading, grammar, and mathematics.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and answer phone calls in a professional, timely manner while processing DME and Home Health referrals.
• Communicate messages to internal team effectively.
• Maintain payer billing location information and adjusters/case managers’ information.
• Create DME and Home Health referrals and manage document files for faxes, invoices, notes, and prescriptions.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining new customers in the company’s proprietary software.
