Paradigm seeks a detail-oriented Senior Intake Coordinator to handle DME and Home Health referrals for injured workers. The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM EST schedule, emphasizing timely communication and flawless customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline.
• Experience: At least one year with Injured Workers or Workers’ Compensation healthcare.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong grammar, and proficient computer skills.
• Confidentiality: Maintain PHI and other sensitive data securely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and answer phone calls in a professional, timely manner for DME and Home Health referrals.
• Communicate messages to internal teams efficiently.
• Maintain payer billing locations and adjusters/case managers’ information.
• Create DME and Home Health referrals and manage related documents.
• Assist with implementing new customers in company software.
• Follow up with referrals and inquiries within policy timelines.
