Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Intake Operations team. In this fully remote position, you will receive phone calls, create and manage Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Health referrals, and coordinate with injured workers, payors, clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate referrals and timely service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of related experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid computer

Qualifications

• Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience working with Injured Workers or Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient reading, grammar, and mathematics.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software.

Responsabilités

• Receive and answer phone calls for DME and Home Health referrals in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate messages to internal teams efficiently.
• Maintain payer billing location information and adjusters/case managers’ details.
• Process DME and HH billing for mailing as assigned.
• Create referrals and manage documents for faxes, invoices, and notes.
• Assist with onboarding new customers in the company's proprietary software.
• Notify internal departments about new referrals and follow up as needed.
• Support compliance, privacy, and quality assurance initiatives.
